Senior Product Owner

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to serve as the execution leader for critical projects, product level enhancements, and defect remediation. This role demands mastery of Agile practices, exceptional backlog management, and the ability to drive multiple dedicated development teams toward timely, high-quality delivery. You will be the tactical powerhouse ensuring our product vision is translated into working software.

The Senior Product Owner is the definitive authority on the day-to-day execution of the development process. You will focus intensely on maximizing the flow of value delivered by the development teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring technical details and acceptance criteria are flawless.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-10 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-execution environment, specifically managing complex software products.
  • Master-level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum principles; proven ability to drive a team's day-to-day execution effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; a demonstrated obsession with quality and clear documentation.
  • Strong background or foundational knowledge in software development processes, system integrations, and data flows to effectively guide technical decision-making.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical details and complex trade-offs clearly and precisely to engineering teams.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.
