Job Summary Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally. Develop and motivates teams to solve day-today operational issues and reach short and long term goals. Lead major negotiations and drive supplier integration. Responsible for the coordination of daily activities of the team, and formulation of strategies to complete the work as defined. Collaborates closely with stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure optimal customer service. For materials management functions: manages inventory investment, and inventory planning. Provides direction, tools, and oversight for efficient and effective inventory analysis processes of materials and services requirements. Performs analysis around utilizing inventory forecasts, material usage patterns, vendor stocking patterns, and other data and methods to optimize the materials management function. Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of nuclear warehousing procedures and methodologies, including industry guidelines and standards (such as ASME, EPRI and INPO).
- In-depth knowledge of related company policies, procedures, and standards typically gained from extensive related work experience.
- Full knowledge of computer applications and systems (i.e. SAP, Word, and Excel).
- Full knowledge in the Nuclear Station Work Management process and Maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements (10CFR50 App B, Dominion Topical Quality Report, NQA-1-1994, and Regulatory Guides), and nuclear safety classifications codes and standards.
- General knowledge of Supply Chain roles, objectives, and best practices.
