Third Shift Packaging Fulfillment

<p>Mom’s Meals, the leading provider of refrigerated meals delivered to households in the healthcare sector, is experiencing rapid growth. A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, scanning, and packing a portion of customer orders while ensuring they are passed through safely and efficiently. The work is fast-paced and requires working throughout the entire shift in a refrigerated environment.</p> <p>Third Shift hours are Sunday evening through Thursday evening, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Overtime may be required, including on weekends, based on business needs.</p> <p>A job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a drug test prior to employment, as well as a background check, where permitted by law.</p> <p>**Job duties may include, but are not limited to:**<br /> – Select the correct items for cold storage boxes, scan them properly, and pack the items to complete your portion of the customer’s order<br /> – Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards<br /> – Pay close attention to details, including reading labels and selecting products<br /> – Meet productivity and accuracy requirements<br /> – Consistently deliver high-quality work<br /> – Move products between locations while following food safety and hygiene guidelines<br /> – Assist with general cleanliness and organization<br /> – Work in a large indoor warehouse space, without exposure to outdoor weather, in temperatures of 34–40°F (gloves provided)</p> <p>**Required Skills & Experience:**<br /> – Must be at least 18 years old<br /> – Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours continuously<br /> – Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds (about 23 kg)<br /> – Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and/or overtime<br /> – Strong customer service orientation<br /> – Team player with strong communication skills<br /> – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br /> – Basic reading and comprehension skills required<br /> – Pass a drug test and background check after an offer</p> <p>**Preferred Skills & Experience:**<br /> – High school diploma or GED<br /> – Prior experience in warehousing/distribution or a similar environment</p> <p>**Physical Requirements:**<br /> – Regular use of hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reaching with hands and arms<br /> – Frequently standing, talking, and listening<br /> – Occasionally walking, bending, kneeling, or crouching<br /> – Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds (about 23 kg)<br /> – Vision requirements include near, far, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus<br /> – Ability to perform repetitive movements<br /> – Ability to work in changing temperatures (cold/warm)</p> <p>**Our Team Members Enjoy:**<br /> – Higher starting hourly pay<br /> – Free breakfast and lunch<br /> – Weekly pay<br /> – No uniforms; casual dress code<br /> – Referral bonuses available starting on Day 1<br /> – PTO, 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package</p> <p>**Company Overview**<br /> Since 1999, Mom’s Meals has delivered fully prepared, refrigerated meals to people’s homes nationwide.
