2027 Spring Project Management Co-op (Jan - July 2027)

About the position

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking students for anticipated Spring 2027 Project Management Co-op opportunities based in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a general application for consideration across multiple projects and participating teams, not a single specific vacancy. Projects will be confirmed on a rolling basis, and applying does not guarantee an interview or placement. The first confirmed placement is on a Project Engineering team; other placements may become available depending on business needs. Depending on the project, co-ops may support project engineering, product development project management, program and portfolio coordination, creative or marketing operations, digital product and technology delivery, process improvement, change initiatives, and risk, schedule and dependency management. Work may include maintaining project plans and trackers, coordinating meetings and dependencies, identifying risks and blockers, communicating actions and timelines, recommending workflow improvements, supporting concept development and product testing, and preparing product specification packages. The co-op runs from January through July 2027 and is a paid, full-time position for 40 hours per week. Most co-ops follow a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, although select roles may require five days per week onsite. The project-specific schedule will be shared before interviews. The Boston hourly range is listed as \$31–\$34, while a separate general pay range is listed as \$25–\$35 USD; rates vary by degree level and year in school, and hiring pay may depend on experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program and remain enrolled for at least one academic term after the co-op. They must be legally authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Previous internship or co-op experience is not required. Hasbro provides reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and sincerely held religious beliefs during the application and interview process.

  • Analyze workflow or delivery challenges and recommend practical improvements.
  • Support concept development, prototyping, product testing, and manufacturing debug alongside engineers.
  • Create product specification packages defining content, functionality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Support retrospectives, documentation, and repeatable ways of working.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Project Management, Business, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the co-op.

  • A class, club, work, or community project demonstrating how the applicant organized people and work; no portfolio is required.

Benefits

  • Paid co-op.
  • Potential eligibility for annual and long-term incentives.
  • Benefits and programs may include health and wellness, time off, financial well-being, life and family support, volunteer and community initiatives, learning and development, and exclusive perks.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?
