Your shift begins at the local Delivery Station with a high-energy morning stand-up meeting led by your DSP dispatch team. They review the day's volume targets, weather conditions, and critical safety focuses. Before you put the vehicle in drive, you conduct a rigorous, digitally logged pre-trip Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR). Once cleared, you drive into the loading matrix, where you have exactly 15 to 20 minutes to systematically load hundreds of packages and heavy overflow boxes into your vehicle according to a strict staging plan.
