Role Overview

As a Bilingual Portuguese Customer Service Specialist in our Online Learning & EdTech Department, you will be the frontline advocate for Portuguese‑speaking students, educators, and partners. You will reputed company inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users through our suite of digital learning products. Your work will directly influence user satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our platforms in Portuguese‑speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Excellence: Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance in Portuguese via chat, email, and phone, ensuring every interaction reflects Arenaflex’s commitment to quality.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform‑related problems, from login issues to content playback, escalating complex reputed company to engineering or product teams when necessary.
