Stay current with global regulatory landscape and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Conduct training and education sessions for employees to increase awareness and understanding of economic sanctions. Monitor and assess potential sanctions violations and escalate issues as needed. Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to economic sanctions compliance. Conduct periodic risk assessments and make recommendations for improvement. Stay informed of industry best practices and utilize them to continuously improve the organization's approach to financial crimes and sanctions compliance.
