Job Description Aramark Nexus is hiring a Groundskeeper to support our Caprock workforce hospitality community near Mobeetie, Texas, approximately 30 minutes from Pampa and 90 minutes from Amarillo. This is a full-time, hands-on grounds maintenance and landscaping position paying $20.00 per hour, with free private housing and meals provided on site. As a Groundskeeper at Caprock, you will help maintain the appearance, safety, and overall condition of a large hospitality community serving hundreds of guests and employees. The role includes mowing, trimming, landscaping, maintaining sidewalks and parking areas, operating grounds equipment, and supporting seasonal needs. Candidates with experience as a Groundskeeper, Grounds Maintenance Worker, Landscaping Technician, Lawn Care Technician, Property Maintenance Worker, or Facilities Grounds Worker are encouraged to apply. This role requires regular outdoor work and exposure to changing weather conditions and extreme temperatures. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work and safely operating landscaping and groundskeeping equipment.
