What You’ll Do:
As an Overnight Retail Specialist, you’ll provide friendly service while keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the night. You’ll also help make sure the store is ready for the day ahead.
  • Serve Up Great Service: Greet customers, provide friendly and helpful service, and make sure they have a great experience.
  • Handle Customer Transactions: Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register while following procedures for age-restricted products.
  • Keep the Store Stocked: Stock and organize coolers, shelves, displays, and other product areas throughout your shift.
  • Keep Products Fresh: Rotate products, check dates, and remove outdated items to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Maintain Beverage Areas: Keep fountain drink and hot beverage stations stocked, clean, and ready for customers.
  • Keep It Clean: Complete overnight cleaning and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
  • Prepare for the Day Ahead: Complete restocking, organizing, and other overnight tasks to make sure the store is ready for the next day.
  • Follow Safety & Security Procedures: Follow company procedures for store security, POS access, vendor check-in, and loss prevention.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
