Part-Time Personal Assistant | Manhattan and East Hampton

Part-Time Personal Assistant | Manhattan and East Hampton

Approximately 30 hours per week at $28/hr.

Open to a Salary discussion:

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and resourceful personal assistant to help keep the moving parts of a busy household on track. The role is partly remote, with regular errands and in-person support in Manhattan.

Responsibilities may include errands and returns, dry cleaning, scheduling, reservations, travel booking, online tasks, and household logistics. From time to time, you may also pick up my children or help coordinate their schedules. This is not a nanny role, but you should be comfortable around kids and someone I can count on as an adult presence.

Summer flexibility is important. There is pre-arranged weeks when I need you in East Hampton Monday through Wednesday to help with camp transportation, schedules, and day-to-day logistics while caregivers are present. You must have a valid driver’s license and be confident driving between Manhattan and East Hampton.

Formal personal assistant experience isn’t required. What matters most to me is good judgment, trustworthiness, flexibility, and following through. This could be a fit for a college or graduate student, a recent graduate, or someone else with a flexible schedule.

If interested, please send a short note about yourself, where you’re based in NYC, your general availability, and confirmation that you’re comfortable driving and available for pre-arranged summer stays. Include a résumé if you have one.

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
