Responsibilities
- Early-career engineer focused on learning, delivering defined stories, collaborating closely with senior team members, and building foundational skills across UI, APIs, or cloud
- Independent contributor who delivers complex stories, contributes best practices, mentors juniors informally, and demonstrates growing full-stack capabilities
- Experienced engineer who consistently enhances team velocity, mentors others, drives quality, and designs features with novel or complex technical approaches
- Technical leader within a project who guides development, supports team capacity, ensures high-quality delivery, and contributes to architectural decisions
- Senior technical expert who architects complex solutions, leads development teams, drives estimation and DevOps maturity, and ensures sprint commitments and project success
