Experienced, AI-Savvy Administrative Assistant | Remote, Long-Term Part-Time

Starting Rate: $20/hour | 12–18 Hours per Week | Flexible Schedule

We are a small, growing business seeking a reliable, resourceful, administrative assistant to support onboarding coordination, email correspondence, and general day-to-day administrative tasks.

This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity with room for growth in responsibilities, hours, and compensation.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate onboarding for new hires, serving as their primary administrative point of contact throughout the process.

* Send onboarding instructions, answer routine questions, track required documentation, and follow up consistently until onboarding is complete.

* Communicate primarily by email and text, with occasional phone calls as needed.

* Maintain simple tracking records.

* Compile, format, upload, and distribute documents and files as needed.

* Assist with general administrative tasks and occasional independent projects, including improving templates and administrative processes.

Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience and excellent written and spoken English.

* Strong computer skills and confidence using common business applications.

* Practical experience using AI tools. We’re looking for someone who already incorporates AI into everyday work to draft professional emails, create and improve documents, research solutions, learn new software, and complete tasks efficiently.

* Resourceful, adaptable, and able to solve problems and figure out unfamiliar tasks independently.

* Able to follow instructions carefully, retain information, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

* Dropbox experience highly preferred; Airtable experience a plus.

* Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar business software.

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently once trained.

You don’t need advanced technical AI knowledge or experience with our specific onboarding procedures. We value practical experience, good judgment.

This is a flexible, ongoing part-time position. Working hours are generally flexible, with a preference for SOME availability between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

We ask that you check email at least five days per week and consistently follow through on assigned responsibilities.

There are opportunities for increased compensation, hours, and responsibilities over time, potentially developing into a full-time position, although this is not a requirement.

To Apply, Please briefly tell us:

1. Your background and experience in administrative work.

2. Examples of how you’ve used AI to accomplish administrative tasks, improve documents, or solve problems.

3. Your experience with Dropbox, Airtable, or other business applications.

4. Your typical availability during U.S. business hours on Eastern Time.

We value initiative, efficiency, good judgment, and someone who takes pride in getting things done.

We will begin reviewing applications the week of October 19, 2026.
