Why us?

Ready to roll up your sleeves and redefine what field marketing can do? We’re looking for a proactive Campaign & Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report directly to the VP Marketing. In this high-impact role, you’ll step up with full ownership - turning high-level strategy into standout campaigns, high-energy field activations, and truly unforgettable customer experiences that deliver real, measurable outcomes.

This role offers:

  • Strategic Impact: Own campaigns and field activations from concept to execution, directly influencing sales pipeline generation, customer engagement, and strategic account growth.
  • Global Event Ownership: Drive the marketing strategy and activation for up to five Tier 1 strategic global events per year across key hubs like the US, the Middle East, and Amsterdam - focusing on meaningful commercial outcomes and strategic impact without getting bogged down in logistical micro-management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to drive key initiatives and bring projects to life through authentic influence and project ownership.
  • Autonomy & Travel: Enjoy flexible working, a collaborative culture, and international travel opportunities to connect with teams, clients, and partners worldwide.

Your Impact

Forget traditional event management - this role is about rolling up your sleeves and making big things happen. You will raise the bar for our global campaigns and field marketing, taking end-to-end ownership of regional activations, Tier 1 events, and cross-functional execution.

You will make an impact that matters by:

  • Setting Objectives & Strategy: Partnering directly with the VP Marketing to lock in clear goals, lean execution strategies, and commercial outcomes for every event.
  • Developing Activation Plans: Building end-to-end event activation plans that seamlessly align with broader marketing campaigns and core business goals.
  • End-to-End Activity Execution: Drive comprehensive pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing initiatives to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Partnering with Sales: Working closely with Sales teams to identify target accounts, key customers, and high-value prospects, crafting targeted engagement plans for every activation.
  • Orchestrating Experiences & Content: Align top-tier event speakers, high-impact content streams, executive meetings, unique customer experiences, and multi-channel supporting campaigns.
  • Managing External Partners: Briefing and directing external agencies, event organizers, and suppliers to deliver seamless activations on time and within budget.
  • Asset & Messaging Readiness: Ensuring high-quality content, targeted messaging, and necessary marketing assets are fully prepared and accessible before and during each event.
  • On-Site Execution: Overseeing on-site activations directly and serving as the primary marketing point of contact during live events.
  • Driving ROI & Reporting: Leading post-event follow-up strategies, tracking results, measuring campaign performance, and reporting key pipeline metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capturing key learnings and insights from each activation to refine and elevate our strategy for flagship Tier 1 events.

What can you bring

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment space.
  • Demonstrable experience in event management, field marketing, campaign management, or experiential/event marketing within a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or technology).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns from initial brief through to execution and measurement.
  • Proactive mindset with strong project management capabilities, a focus to measure outcomes (not tasks), and a proven record of driving projects across teams and external partners.
  • Commercial awareness and analytical capability, with a focus on aligning marketing initiatives with sales pipeline and ROI metrics.
  • Experience planning and activating regional and international events.
  • Technical familiarity with marketing and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Canva (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive progress independently while building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for up to five Tier 1 events per year.

You don't have experience with all the points above? Don't worry, we foster an environment of continuous learning and will support you with onboarding, coaching, and growth on the job. If you are driven, collaborative, and excited about shaping the future of video technology, we encourage you to apply!
