<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Park Capital Search is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing search firm. This role blends full-cycle executive search with business development, you'll drive both sides of the business, filling active client searches while proactively building new client relationships and opportunities for the firm.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>This is a chance to build a book of business and reputation within an up-and-coming search firm, with real ownership over both the delivery side (running searches) and the growth side (bringing in business), not just executing someone else's pipeline.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><em>Search & Delivery (Reactive)</em></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle executive search engagements (intake, sourcing, screening, presentation, offer negotiation)</li><li>Source and directly engage passive executive-level candidates</li><li>Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and reference checks</li><li>Present shortlists and market insights to clients</li><li>Negotiate offers and manage the closing process</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline and candidate records in our ATS/CRM</li></ul><p><em>Business Development (Proactive)</em></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new client relationships and search opportunities</li><li>Build and grow a personal book of business through networking, outreach, and market research</li><li>Develop and nurture long-term client relationships beyond a single search</li><li>Represent Park Capital Search's brand and value proposition in the market</li><li>Track and report on business development pipeline and activity</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting at the executive level (director, VP, C-suite)</li><li>Proven track record of successfully closing executive-level searches</li><li>Demonstrated business development experience, comfortable generating and closing new client business, not just working assigned searches</li><li>Self-driven with the ability to work both reactive (fill existing roles) and proactive (build new business) sides of the desk without heavy oversight</li><li>Strong client management, consultative, and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><ul><li>Remote</li><li>Contract position with opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance</li></ul>
